Vintage 90s Principles skirt. This is a highly coveted Last Rites signature piece! Pull-on style with decorative buttons down the front. Waistband is ruched elastic in back and flat in front, with belt loops. Midweight, textured 50-50 poly-rayon fabric. High-waist, pleated, super-full A-line cut. Unlined, no stretch other than the waist.
