• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We currently ship to USA and territories and Canada, as well as the United Kingdom. International shipping to other countries is currently closed (2021-2022).

• Where is the store based?

  Last Rites is based out of Montreal, Quebec Canada.
  Shipping costs are calculated from Montreal, QC .

  All prices displayed on the website are in USD. Conversion rates for Canada may apply.

• What kind of payment do you accept?

  We accept Paypal and credit card payments. Both are processed securely through Storenvy. We ship within 48 hours of cleared payment!
  For Canadian customers, we also accept email transfers upon request. Please email [email protected] or direct message on Instagram (@shoplastrites) for details and arrangement of email transfers. No e-transfer payments will be accepted after the buyer has already submitted payment for the item in question through the webstore.

• What does shipping cost?

  Shipping costs vary between items and order size. Shipping rates are based on several factors, including package size and weight, distance the parcel will travel, urban vs. rural areas, and current postal surcharges.

  As of 2020, most shipping companies add a Fuel Surcharge to the base shipping cost. Fuel Surcharge often fluctuates depending on current gas prices. You can read more about it here:

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All clothing orders ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.
  Perfumes are made to order and usually require 2 weeks for prep time prior to shipping.

  - Orders placed within Canada usually take 2-10 business days (M-F) to arrive once shipped. During the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow additional time for delivery and keep an eye on your Canada Post tracking number for updates.

  Orders placed within the US usually take 2-6 business days (M-F) to arrive once shipped, but may take longer if the item is delayed in customs. Since March 2020, some items have taken up to 8 weeks to arrive in rare cases, due to understaffing and processing backlogs within the postal system. Please keep an eye on delivery standard updates with USPS in your area, as delivery times are changing constantly. Last Rites is not responsible for any delivery delays - your order is out of our hands as soon as we drop it off at the post office. No refunds or adjustments will be given based on delivery time.

  International orders (including United Kingdom) can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks to arrive.
  During the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect delays.

  ***** Starting in 2020 and into 2022, Canada Post and USPS have been extremely overwhelmed due to understaffing, holiday parcel backlogs, and safety restrictions that slow the movement of shipments within the postal system. Please see the Canada Post and USPS websites for their official statements regarding these delays.

• Shipping and Delivery Policies

  Canadian orders are shipped with ChitChats via Canada Post. In rare cases, some Canadian orders may be shipped directly with Canada Post. Both of these services include tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping notification email.

  USA orders are shipped with ChitChats. ChitChats transfers to USPS once the parcel clears customs with US Border Services. This service includes full tracking. Your parcel can be tracked on the ChitChats or USPS websites. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

  International orders are shipped using Canada Post Small Packet International Air Mail. Tracking is not available for this service. Canada Post transfers to Royal Mail in the UK once it clears customs.

  Please be advised that once the item reaches your country, any additional customs fees are out of our control. Last Rites is not responsible for additional customs fees or import charges.
  Your item will arrive in a plastic or padded poly mailer envelope. All items are individually hand-wrapped with extreme care and caution. Last Rites is not responsible for any damage to items that may occur during shipping.

  Last Rites is not liable for lost or delayed parcels. The buyer is responsible for providing a safe, secure, trusted delivery address when placing any order. Your parcel is out of our hands as soon as we drop it off at the post office. For parcels shipped with untrackable services, we are happy to provide the post office receipt with your recipient address and the adjacent Customs Data Barcode as proof of shipment at any time. All parcels are marked as “Return To Sender At Sender’s Expense”, so in case of any delivery issues the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens, we are happy to reship it to you at another address, at no cost to you.
  Under no circumstances will Last Rites be responsible for any refunds in the case of lost, misplaced, stolen, abandoned, or delayed parcels. If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us so we may pursue a formal investigation with Canada Post, and you will be required to pursue an adjacent investigation with your local postal service as well.

• Quality Control Note

  Last Rites Vintage pieces are thoroughly inspected for quality. Any major damage or imperfections that may affect wear are listed in the item's description. Please understand that our vintage pieces are preloved / secondhand. While we take utmost care to ensure like-new condition, vintage items may have small cosmetic flaws due to age or standard of care by the previous owner.

  Vintage items are expected to withstand normal wear and tear unless otherwise specified as extremely delicate or distressed. Items are sold *as is* unless alterations are otherwise discussed beforehand.

  All Last Rites Vintage items are hand-washed before shipping unless otherwise noted (deadstock/new items may be shipped as is). Some items may be dry cleaned instead due to the nature of the garment. Please contact for details.

  Our perfumes and soaps contain essential oils, synthetic fragrances, and sweet almond oil, which contains nuts. These products are not recommended for sensitive skin. Use at your own risk and discretion. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or prone to allergies, skin rashes or irritation, etc. Last Rites is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions resulting from use of our products.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
