Vintage 90s Le Chateau tiered ruffle skirt - or is it a strapless dress? You decide! Foldover hidden elastic waistband. Removable looong satin ribbon tie belt - can be wrapped around the hips or tied in a bow. Flared A-line cut with tiered satin and lace ruffle accents. Main fabric is a textured semi-sheer poly chiffon. Fully lined in a separate layer of black poly. Pull-on style, no stretch other than the waist.

As a skirt, this will fit roughly a women's size XL. Please refer to measurements!
If you want to wear it as a strapless dress, it will work for roughly a Medium.
Waistband (or bust) fits 32" unstretched, can stretch to fit up to about 36" max.
Hip area fits up to 40" max.
33" long to hem.
