Vintage 90s black sheer burnout top. Not quite a blouse, not quite a cardigan - great as a statement layer! Sheer poly chiffon with a stunning 3D glittery-metallic and velvet floral burnout overlay. Velvet trim and tie closure at the bust. Loose, boxy longline cut, slightly flared from the shoulders down. Loose, flowy sheer sleeves. No stretch, unlined.

One size fits most, up to about a XL.
