Vintage 90s velvet burnout button down. Such a perfect staple layer! Sheer poly chiffon with a subtle velvet burnout rose print all over. Classic collar, functional diamante buttons. Unlined, no itch factor, no stretch. Belt is not included. Can be worn as a throwover piece, a classic blouse, a short tunic / shirt dress. Boxy cut. If you are petite this one may be long enough to cover your hips!

Fits roughly a women's XS to 2XL, depending on how you want to style it.
Measures 25" across under the arms laying flat.
28" long shoulder to hem laying flat.
Sleeves are 22" from shoulder seam.
