Vintage 90s black crushed velvet wide leg pants. These are so fun and versatile - they look like a midi skirt but are definitely pants! Stretchy all over, pleated poly-spandex. Wide leg, ankle length (slightly cropped), high waist with a flattering fit. Pull-on style with a wide, comfortable ruched elastic waistband. Unlined.

Best fit a size Medium to XL ish, please refer to measurements.
Waistband fits 29" unstretched, but can comfortably stretch to fit up to a 36" waist.
Free size in the hips but recommended for no larger than 45".
15" high rise (drop crotch), 20" inseam. If you are tall these will fit more like culottes.
Full length waist to hem is 35".
Model is 5'2".
