Vintage 90s black lace burnout dress. Fully lined in a separate layer of semi-sheer polyester mesh, outer layer is a textured sheer mesh lace. Long ties on either side of the waist, so you can wear it loose or tie it in front or back. Pull-on style, has a bit of stretch all over. Straight cut from the shoulders down. Will be slightly see-through in direct light.

Best fits a women's size Small/Medium. Please refer to measurements.
Measures about 49" long to hem.
19" across under the arms laying flat - fits up to about 38" bust max.
