Vintage 90s Jaclyn Kelly maxi skirt. Black with silver glitter all over - fun witchy vibes. Pull-on style with a hidden elastic waistband. Midweight 100% polyester knit with a bit of stretch. The best part is the two suuuuper high side slits on either side, just high enough to show lots of leg but nothing else! Unlined.

Fits a 31"-33" waist and a free size in the hips (recommended for no larger than 41" hips max).
