Vintage 90s velvet mermaid skirt. Super stretchy all over with a ruched elastic waistband. Pull-on style, meant to be worn high waisted. Ultra-soft velour velvet with mesh insets, unlined but smooth on the inside.
Waistband fits 31-35" (35" is the max, any smaller than 31" and it won't stay up!). Fits up to 39" hips max. Measures 40" to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
