Vintage union-made cocktail dress. ILGWU union tag style dates it between April 1964 and 1973, metal back zipper puts it most likely before 1970. Textured crushed black velvet. Minor discoloration on the lining under the arms and at the back, no outer imperfections. Elastic waist, no stretch other than the waist.
Fits a women's size Small or Medium, please refer to measurements.
Fits a 25"-29" waist (30" is the absolute max), up to 38" bust max and up to 40" hips. 41" long shoulder to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
