Vintage 80s/90s black pleated midi skirt. Structured pleats, shiny poly satin fabric. The perfect staple skirt for all year round! Fully lined in a separate layer, pull on style. Waist is ruched elastic with plenty of stretch, skirt has no stretch other than the waistband. So comfortable and flattering! Meant to be worn high waisted.
Fits a 34"-38" waist (if your waist is smaller than 33" this will not stay up on you!) and up to 42" hips absolute max. 28" long to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
