Vintage 90s burnout blouse. Black on black, sheer with a soft velvet 3D embossed paisley pattern all over. Fabric is lightweight and not stretchy but it does have a bit of "give". Black glossy buttons up the front, classic collar, wide cuffs. Standard length - not cropped and not longline. Looks super cute knotted at the waist or tucked into high waisted bottoms.
