Vintage 90s black burnout velvet blouse. Sheer crinkle-texture poly chiffon with a 3D velvet floral print all over. The sleeves are extra-long and fitted through the wrist with a cool flared bell sleeve, split into three points with ruffle trim, for some extra witchy flair! Classic collar, buttoned cuffs, and a whopping 11 buttons down the front. Slim fitted cut, standard length (not cropped or longline), straight sleeves with buttons at the cuffs. No stretch other than a tiny bit of "give" due to the ribbed fabric. Unlined.

Fits a women's size XS or Small, depending on your measurements.
Measures 17" across under the arms laying flat - fits up to 34" bust or smaller.
Sleeves are 22" long from shoulder seam.
Shoulder seams are 15" apart on the hanger.
21" long shoulder to hem.
