Vintage 90s bat hem skirt. Black with a fun 70s-meets-90s inspired floral print. Asymmetrical handkerchief hem, longer on one side but can be worn at any angle. Elastic waist. Pull-on style, slight stretch all over. Thick knit poly mesh overlay, fully lined in a separate layer of black.
Great for warm weather but can easily be layered up for all seasons with some tights, leggings or cozy socks!

Best fits roughly a women's size Medium. Please refer to measurements!
Waist fits 28" unstretched, can stretch to comfortably fit up to about 30".
