Vintage late 90s ethically-made 100% silk skirt. This one is SO cool! Lighter than air, semi-sheer textured silk - A-line cut with TONS of fabric, so it flows with every movement! Extra-long maxi length. Meant to be worn high waisted. Unlined, pull on style with an elastic waistband. Great for layering over other skirts, or style it as a strapless dress with a belt!
