Y2K flowy maxi skirt. She has pockets! Textured poly fabric with a wide waistband, flat in front and ruched elastic in back (meant to be worn high-waisted.) Pull on, unlined. No stretch other than the waist. Slight asymmetrical hemline is longer in the front and back, shorter on the sides. Beautiful movement and draping! Belt not included.

Best fits roughly a size Small/Medium, please refer to measurements.
Fits a 27"-28" waist and up to 36" hips max.
