Vintage 90s Carroll Reed Collections black pleated midi skirt. Semi-sheer 100% poly fabric with a ruched elastic waistband (meant to be worn high-waisted.) Pull on, unlined. No stretch other than the waist. Full A-line cut flares slightly from the waist down with structured pleats. The perfect witchy staple skirt - fancy casual, or even for the office!
