Vintage 90s black crushed velvet skirt. Super soft and comfortable, such a perfect cold-weather staple piece! High waist cut with side zip and button closure at the top. Waistband is flat in front with ruched elastic in back. No stretch other than a bit at the waist. Poly-blend fabric. Unlined. High-waist, A-line flared cut.

Waist fits 24" unstretched, can stretch to fit up to 26" max.
Fits up to 37" hips max.
