Best fits roughly a women's size Medium. Please refer to measurements.
Waist fits 27" unstretched, can comfortably stretch to fit 31". Will fit an inch or two larger if you don't mind it being snug.
Free size in the hips due to the stretch, but recommended for no larger than 40".
