Vintage 80s HER black A-line flared skirt. This is a true vintage staple! 100% cotton in a soft black. Ruched elastic waistband is comfortable and flattering. Unlined, pull-on style, no stretch other than the waist. Midi length will hit between knee and ankle on most people. 100% cotton is warm but breathable, great for those who may be sensitive to synthetic fabrics!
