Vintage 90s black velour velvet maxi skirt. This one is a cold weather staple! High side slit for some extra drama. Pull-on style with a ruched elastic waist. Meant to be worn high waisted. Unlined, no stretch but fabric does have a bit of "give". 100% poly. Lightweight and soft.

Best fits roughly a women's size Medium. Please refer to measurements!
Waist fits 28" unstretched, can stretch to fit up to about 31" max.
