Vintage 80s/90s pleated skirt. Black with a pretty floral print in green, red and cream. A-line cut flares out from the waist down. Waistband is flat in front, ruched elastic in back. Meant to be worn high waisted. Pull-on style, unlined, no stretch other than the waist. Fabric is a textured, lightweight, flowy 100% poly chiffon.
Great for warm weather but can easily be layered up for all seasons with some tights, leggings or cozy socks!

Best fits roughly a women's size L/XL. Please refer to measurements!
Waist fits 30" unstretched, can stretch to fit up to about 32".
Fits up to 39" hips absolute max.
