Vintage 80s/90s pleated skirt. This one is so fun and unique, and she has pockets!! Bright red, cream and black with a retro steampunk inspired print with clocks and boxes and ornate detailing. A-line cut flares out from the waist down. Waistband is flat in front, ruched elastic in back. Meant to be worn high waisted. Pull-on style, unlined, no stretch other than the waist. Fabric is a super soft, perfectly broken in 100% rayon.

Best fits roughly a women's size L/XL. Please refer to measurements!
