Vintage 90s Relance Made in Canada blouse. Ultra soft, perfectly broken in with a faded black and orange floral print. Fabric tag is completely faded but feels like rayon or a poly-rayon blend. Front pleats, slighly puffed shoulders, balloon sleeves with fitted cuffs, mini rounded collar and functional buttons. Easy to dress up or down!
Unlined, no stretch. Boxy cut, standard length - not cropped or longline.

Best fits a women's size Medium or Large. Not recommended for smaller sizes - please refer to measurements!
Measures 18" across under the arms laying flat. Fits up to 36" bust.
25" long shoulder to hem laying flat.
Sleeves are 23" from shoulder seam.
Shoulder seams are 15" apart laying flat, but the puff shoulder cut allows for a bit of extra room for broad shoulders - roughly 18"-19".
