Vintage early 90s floral midi dress. This one looks simple on the hanger, but SO cute on! Lightweight semi-sheer floral print fabric. 100% polyester, may have some itch if you're sensitive to synthetics. Puffed shoulders, super roomy 3/4 balloon sleeves with fitted buttoned cuffs. Dainty collar, buttons down the front, and tuxedo detailing at the bust. Boxy, loose cut from the bust down, but looks amazing belted! Harness is not included. Unlined, no stretch. Buttons are functional but otherwise pull-on style.

Best fits a XS to Medium as it is petite in the shoulders. Please refer to measurements.
Measures 42" long shoulder to hem.
Shoulder seams are 14" apart on the hanger.
22" across under the arms laying flat, fits up to 44" bust absolute max.
Sleeves are 21" long from shoulder seam.
