Vintage 90s Steilmann Germany tapestry-print pleated skirt. She has a pocket! Soft, midweight 100% rayon with a separate brown mesh nylon liner layer. Waist is ruched and elastic in back, but not very stretchy. Belt loops and a back zip. Meant to be worn high-waisted. Tons of fabric and beautiful movement! Perfect for fall weather, especially layered up with tights!
No stretch other than a bit at the waist. Belt is not included.

Waist fits 26" exactly. Will stretch to 27" but it will be snug, and will also work for 24"-25" waist if you plan to belt it.
