Vintage 90s Byer Too cocktail dress. This one has so many fun details! Lace-print velvet burnout overlay, asymmetrical handkerchief hem, and sparkly silver glitter all over. Elastic cord straps (strechy but non-adjustable) and double layered with a built in poly satin lining. Fabric is 100% poly, not stretchy but does have a bit of "give". Pull on style.

Roughly a size Small/Medium. Please refer to measurements.
UNSTRETCHED measurements are 34" bust, 30" waist and 35" hip.
Meant to have a bodycon fit. Will fit slightly larger measurements if you want it extra curve-hugging.
Length is about 46” to hem at longest point, measured on the hanger.
Model is 5’2” for reference.
