Y2K black pleated midi skirt. Super soft matte fabric with a 2" wide ruched elastic waistband (meant to be worn high-waisted.) Fabric tag is gone but almost certainly polyester or a poly blend. Raw hem, pull on, unlined. No real stretch other than the waist. Full A-line cut flares slightly from the waist down with soft pleats. The perfect witchy staple skirt - fancy casual, or even for the office!

Fits a 25"-28" waist and a free size in the hips. 30" long to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
