Waistband is elasticized in back with adjustable handkerchief-style ties at the top that can be knotted to cinch the waist. 100% poly, lightweight with lots of stretch all over. Pull-on style. Unlined, may be slightly sheer in direct light. May have a bit of itch factor if you're sensitive to synthetic fabrics.
