Vintage 90s black draped asymmetrical dress. Super full skirt, flares out from the shoulders down with a bit of draped detailing in the front, an empire waist seam and a roomy pocket! Belt is not included. Poly-spandex blend fabric. Fabric is midweight and slinky but still cool and comfortable for hot summer days. Pull-on style. Unlined, plenty of stretch all over.

Marked a size US women's 16 but will also work for smaller sizes for an oversized fit. Please refer to measurements.
Measures about 47" long to hem.
23" across under the arms laying flat - fits up to about 44" bust max.
Measures 25" across at the waist seam.
Length from shoulder to waist is about 16".
