Vintage 90s Axara ruffled midi skirt. Asymmetric hemline. Black viscose fabric, ultra-soft and perfectly broken in. No itch factor whatsoever. Elastic waistband, pull-on style. Meant to be worn high or mid waisted. Fully lined in a separate layer of fabric. Super comfortable for hot weather but can be layered up for chilly days!
