Vintage 90s Ronni Nicole knit sweater dress. Flattering fit-and-flare A-line cut, almost a skater style. Fully functional silver zipper neckline with a classic shirt collar. Pull-on style. No fabric tag but feels like a rayon-spandex blend. Fabric has lots of stretch, can be worn slinky and loose, or more of a bodycon fit depending on your measurements. Light/mid-weight fabric is cool and comfortable for warm weather, no itch factor unless you're sensitive to knits. Has a slight sheen and does not draw lint!
Two tiny spots on the front with brown threading (see photo) - could be a manufacturing defect or a repair by the previous owner. Cosmetic defect and only visible up close, does not affect wear.

32" long shoulder to hem. 18" across under the arms laying flat, unstretched - maximum bust measurement is about 37". Measures 15" across at the waist, laying flat, unstretched (fits about 31" absolute max waist).
