Vintage 80s/90s Ed Michaels floral blouse. Very structured padded shoulders, almost like a blazer! Button tab detailing at the back of the waist. Oversize glossy black buttons and rounded collar. Soft, lightweight textured rayon. No stretch. Boxy cut, loose sleeves. Slightly cropped length. Original shoulder pads intact but they can be easily removed if that's not your thing.
