Vintage 90s Talia Haute Couture double-layered mesh maxi skirt. Super full and flowy with tons of excess fabric, moves beautifully when you walk! Can be dressed up or down. Lightweight, stretchy poly mesh with a wide sheer mesh waistband and lettuce trim at the hem. Pull-on style. Unlined. Belt is not included.

Fits a 28"-32" waist and a free size in the hips (recommended for no larger than 40" hips max).
