Vintage 90s black satin tie-neck blouse. Buttons down the front, boxy cut, no stretch, roomy sleeves with fitted cuffs. The neckline behind the bow is more of a deep V (does not button up to the throat) so the bow hangs more at the bust than at the base of the neck. 90s does 60s vibes! Standard length, not cropped or longline. Fabric is lightweight and easy to tuck into high-waisted bottoms without bulk.
