Y2K/modern black fringe cocktail dress. Sleeveless cut with an off-the-shoulder neckline, but can also be worn as a cap-sleeves style. Neckline is elastic with ruffle trim and a western-style pointed front, and lots of luxe fringe trim! 100% viscose fabric, fully lined in black poly satin. Hidden side zipper. Fabric is slightly stretchy. Belt is not included.
