Classic black velvet maxi skirt. No tags, most likely modern but could be vintage. Stretchy all over with an elastic waistband, meant to be worn high waisted. Unlined, pull on style. Straight cut with a high side slit. Listed at a discount as fabric shows some creasing due to age, gives it a textured effect but does not affect wear.
Best fits a size Medium or Large, please refer to measurements!
36" at longest point. Fits a 29"-31" waist (any smaller than 29" and the waistband will sag).
