Vintage 90s black velvet peasant top. Flared, asymmetrical lace-trim bell sleeves and a cinched scoop neckline with a keyhole cutout and satin tie detail. Pull-on style, has a bit of stretch all over. Thick, soft polyester velour. Unlined. Standard length, not cropped or longline.
Best fits a size Small or Medium, please refer to measurements.
20" long shoulder to hem.
Sleeves are 3" long from shoulder to elbow seam.
Shoulder seams are 16" apart laying flat.
17" across under the arms laying flat, recommended for no larger than 34" bust max.
