Vintage 80s/90s velvet burnout button down. Gorgeous floral damask pattern. Velvet overlay is not true black, more of a very dark purple. Unlined, no itch factor, no stretch. Belt is not included. Can be worn as a throwover piece, a classic blouse, a short tunic / shirt dress, or an extra layer. Boxy, longline cut - if you are petite this one may be long enough to cover your hips!
Fits roughly a women's XS to XL, depending on how you want to style it. Measures 24" across under the arms laying flat. 30" long shoulder to hem laying flat. Sleeves are 23" from shoulder seam, shoulder seams are about 18" apart on the hanger. Model is 5'2" for reference.
