Pull-on style with a wide, comfortable ruched elastic waist. Fully lined in black poly satin. Meant to be worn high waisted. Poly spandex blend. No stretch other than the waist.
Fits a 29-30" waist and up to 40" hips. Full length is 27" to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
