Vintage 80s/90s black crushed velvet maxi skirt. Midweight, luxe velvet with a bit of stretch all over. Lots of excess fabric, slightly pleated and super flowy so it moves beautifully when you walk. Wide ruched elastic waistband, pull on style. Unlined. Can be worn mid or high waisted.
Please refer to measurements. Waistband fits 31"-35" (35" is the comfortable max). Fits up to 43" hips. 35" long to hem. If your waist measures less than 30", the waistband will sag and not stay up!
