Vintage 80s black pleated skirt. No tags so exact date unknown, based on seam construction it may be handmade! High waist cut with back zip and button closure at the top. Dropped-waist sheer chiffon pleats give it beautiful movement. Fully lined in black poly satin. Wear alone or wear it as a petticoat for a boost to your other favorite midi skirts! No stretch whatsoever.
Fits a 24-26" waist (26" is the max) and up to 34" hips max. 28" long to hem. Model is 5'2" for reference.
