Vintage 90s classic witchy black skirt. Non-functional buttons down the front, back zip, fitted waistband and belt loops. Belt is not included. No stretch, meant to be worn high waisted. Fabric is a textured crinkle crepe polyester, fully lined in a separate layer of black poly satin. Listed at 40% off, she has clearly been well loved by her previous owner but still has lots of life left. Fabric may show some pilling and light wear due to age.
Best fits a women's size XS or Small depending on your measurements.
Fits a 26"-28" waist (28" absolute max and that will be snug) and up to 39" hips. Length is 34". Model is 5'2" for reference.
