Vintage 90s black mixed media skirt. Sheer poly chiffon and lace tiers with subtle gold detail threading. Sheer overlay with a built-in poly liner. Full, pleated A-line cut. Elastic waist. Meant to be worn high or mid waisted. Pull on style, no stretch other than the waist, non adjustable. Belt is not included.
Best fits a women's size Medium depending on your measurements. Fits a 27" to 32" waist and up to 38" hips (max). Your waist must be at least 27" for it to stay up, if you're smaller you may need to belt it tight so it doesn't fall down! 32" long.
