Vintage 90s asymmetrical party dress. Such a fun and comfortable find! Slinky, stretchy, drapey black poly-spandex. One arm is a fitted 3/4 sleeve, and the other side is a loose, tapered batwing sleeve. Slouchy cowl neckline and fitted through the hips. Unlined, stretchy all over, pull-on style, very soft. Belt is not included.
