Vintage 90s velvet skirt. Pale gold with a black paisley pattern, ruffley lettuce-edge trim and a high-low cut. 23" long in front and 35" long in back. Ruched elastic waistband, pull-on style, very stretchy all over. Poly-spandex blend, unlined, inside is a smooth black satiny feeling fabric.
Marked a US size 4, fits true to size. 26-27" waist and up to 37" hips.
