Vintage 90s velvet glitter floral blouse/jacket. WOW!? This is one hell of a find and she has so much detail! Straight cut, technically a blouse but could be styled as a jacket. Black poly satin base with a 3D abstract velvet pattern, and over THAT is the most gorgeous purple floral print with pink glitter detailing. Adorable lil silver military-style heart clasps down the front on the outside, and a hidden satin placket from bust to navel with hidden buttons for inside closure. Perfect for tucking in to high waisted bottoms! Original shoulder pads intact but can be easily removed if that's not your thing. Mock neck collar. Has a tiny bit of stretch but is meant to drape loosely.
