Vintage 90s pumpkin orange blouse with shiny detail and a black paisley print. Lightweight, breezy crepe-chiffon fabric. Unlined, no stretch. Shoulder pads are intact but can be easily removed without damaging the top. High collar, no lapels. Buttons at the cuffs, down the front and 3 buttons with loop closure at the neckline.
