Vintage 90s black lace shawl skirt. This is a very unique find! Delicate black lace with fringe at the hem. Will hit between knee and ankle on most people (I am 5'2" for reference). Back zip, no stretch whatsoever, meant to be worn high waisted. Fully lined in black poly satin. Nice high back slit for comfort and movement.
