Vintage 90s classic black witchy dress. She has POCKETS! Full skirt, empire waist with belt loops, fitted 3/4 sleeves and a wide scoop neck and back. Hidden side zipper. No stretch, midweight material, feels like a linen-based blend or possibly 100% linen.
Best fits a women's size XS. Shoulder seams are 14.5" apart on the hanger. 15" across under the arms laying flat. Full length is about 48" - I am 5'2" and it hit at my ankles. The bodice is very petite - recommended for no larger than 33" bust and 25" waist. Free size in the hips.
